If a contract takes 3+ months to mobilise, does this impact on contract review dates/extension periods, etc.? Does a contract 'start' when it is awarded, signed or when mobilisation has been signed-off?
In other words, do you 'lose' contract life during award/signature/mobilisation, where the contract is not yet operational?
