I need to upgrade my self to get into procurement/scm, consultancy/Solutions any suggestions?

Im a fully certified SCM professional with designations from North America, UK and Australia. i do have an MBA and several other postgraduate qualifications too. I have over 18 years experience in SCM and procurement, including end to end supply chain and SCM solutions management experience too. id like to get into Supply chain Solutions industry, but i am finding it extremely hard without an IT background. I intend to do the PMI-Agile certification course, am I on the right track? can someone please give me some direction on what you can suggest i do to get in SCM consultancy? HELP
