How to get a job in Germany?

My cousin was hit by a truck, which led to the damage of his leg. He was treated in Germany through a special mission, he was still a teen. Perhaps now he likes to spend his life in Germany. I want to research, work and live in Germany as well. I have received news about many job opportunities available. Unfortunately, I do not know how to communicate with reliable sources there. I am full of love, hope, energy and vitality in work and service in Germany. Please who could guide me .. Thank you
