How to carry out behavioural assessment as part of a tender

I'll soon be starting a procurement exercise to appoint a contractor and designer to an alliance contract to deliver some major infrastructure projects. Given the nature of the contract we need to include behavioural assessments as part of the tender process - does anyone have any experience doing this or can recommend anyone companies who could help?
