How do you manage subscriptions?

Hi there, My company is working directly with loads of book editors, newspaper, magazine and online news and reports companies for subject such as regulation, law, tax... To improve business efficiency I am looking for an integrator that could leverage all these. Given that everything is moving online, the integrator should be able to take over these specific kind of subscriptions as well. Also, the needs mainly come from Western Europe. Any good practices/experiences to share with me? Cheers!
