How do you issue tender documents to the market? If you use a particular software system, what do you love about it and what feature(s) would you want to change?

We have been using a software package to issue our tender documents, but that contract is now coming to an end. Our business is far more procurement-savvy than it was when we started this contract, so I'm keen to hear what systems are used in the Australian market. Then we can make a decision on whether or not to look at alternatives to our current provider.
