How do you drive adoption of eAuctions within your team?

Hey guys. I'm putting an article together to help less developed procurement teams promote the use of eAuctions within their sourcing team. I wondered if you had any tips you'd like to share with your fellow Procurement Professionals on this process. Do you have any methodologies you use to make eAuctions a positive tool in your kit? Do you mandate the eSourcing process including the reverse auction aspect? How do you do it?
