Hi there, Procurement Strategy

Dear colleagues, Dear fellows, I want to ask you kindly to provide me, to help me, with a Strategy for a National Procurement besides or among European Directives if any of you work, has any experience at this kind of job - Strategy Elaboration, Preparation at National Level. I was asked by Romanian Minister of European Funds, to participate, alongside other representatives of different Romanian Ministers and Professional Associations to work at this goal, to improve Romanian National Strategy. So, any help would be very well appreciate and I want to thank you in advance for giving your expertise in such a short notice, as you know it, we are in a such a hurry ...
