To give you an idea of what I am asking: we use a company, TMP, to produce the site and the links to the following page: jobs.adt.com They develop the look, maintain the site, link to boards for us and are linked to our applicant tracking system, Taleo. They supply us reporting and metrics to track how many people are viewing and then applying. Many of your clients have a similar site.
