Hello Procurement World, Would love to know your thoughts re COST SAVINGS in terms of system (tracker) but also methodology.

1. At what stage in the sourcing process is the base cost set ? 2. How are the savings calculated if a) change in volume or scope, b) redesign of services or c) a cost component depends on indexes that can fluctuate 3. What system do you use to track the savings? Monthly tracking based on invoice or on theoretical annual spend
