Hello. I have a question. How can a procurement professional tell (suggest) a tier 2 supplier to our tier 1 supplier?

Suppliers are having some challenges securing raw material. It would be helpful if we could tell our suppliers where to purchase raw material (ie: steel). Of course, we would work with the raw material supplier to make sure they can manage elevated volumes and provide lower pricing.
