Does Procurement have a seat at the executive table now?

I had a very interesting conversation last night (thanks, Helen!) and one of the things we discussed was if procurement was being allowed to play with the big boys and be given a seat at the executive table. So, is your procurement function directly reporting to the highest levels? Or through another function (Finance, Commercial)? How can we change this?
