Do you actually need mobile Procurement (software) tools? What is the business case?

I'm trying to understand the genuine need for really strong mobile offerings for Procurement tools - it seems to me that 95%+ of Procurement pro's still work almost entirely from Desk Top (me included) - am I wrong? Would love to hear thoughts from the buyers out there.
