CIPS Level 3 or 4

Hi, I'm a procurement passionate and I'm interested in the CIPS membership. I've worked for a company which offered me an inhouse Level 2 which I found quite basic and easy. I'm an economics bachelor graduate so do you think I should go for Level 4 rather than 3? Would you recommend membership even without being signed up for a course. Many thanks.
