CIPS exam

Hi, Is it necessary to start from level 1 of CIPS exam? I have worked for 3 years in SCM related roles (including procurement) and have a masters degree in SCM as well. What would be the recommended level for me to start at? Also, if anyone has taken the exam, how do you recommend studying for it?
