Can anyone help with an example of demand management, particularly in Local Government. We have come across a few definitions but a real example would help us work out how to implement.

Some definitions of demand management we have are: ● A reduction in demand for goods; ● The reusing of goods; ● The use of recycled goods to avoid buying new; or ● The recycling of goods supplied under a contact. ● Consolidation of orders/services to reduce costs ● Reduced transactional costs by improving the purchase to pay system.
