Big jump to CIPS level 4??

Hi, Can anyone tell me how much of a jump it is going from studying CIPS level 3 to level 4 please? I’ve just completed level 3 and wondered how level 4 compares in terms of intensity, workload etc. My current work position doesn’t require me to do any of the CIPS levels, but I need to go back to my boss with the benefits of going onto level 4 as the company will be paying for it.
