Best way to Study for CIPS

Dear all, I want to get CIPS qualified because it will help me in my career in procurement. It seems that I have to start from level 3 because this is the entry level, even though I carry more than 15 years of experience. I am based in Athens Greece, so I cannot attend a study center and have to self-study. Additionally there is e-learning and have been told that many centers offer distance learning. Not sure what is the best path in my case. Can you please give some advice? Thank you in advance. Panagis
