Are you using any software to run and manage your negotiations?

Hi, I'm new (more or less) in this procurement world. I'm trying to understand how it works for you the real process of a negotiation. Are you old styler: personal meetings? Early adopters: phone calls, emails, faxes? Digitalis: integrated software, eprocurement systems? Why do you do things in this way? All feedback/comments are appreciated
