APICS vs ISM Certification

Hi All, I have been working in procurement for the past 9 years now. Lately, I have become interested in finding a job in the European Market. I mainly look for jobs within my part in the supply chain since this is the part that I am more experienced in than any other. in order to strengthen my chances, I am seeking an international certification in Procurement. in my research over the internet I found that the gold standard certificates out there are either APICS's CSCP or ISM's CPSM, I lean more toward CPSM since it is more focused on Procurement (sourcing, contracting, negotiations .. etc). however, I am concerned that it is not well known or requested in Europe ! any thoughts or advice to help me decide ?
