Anyone in the community who can talk about 'returnships'?

I was pointed in the direction of the concept of 'returnships' by a member of the team and think these are a great idea. We're covering them in an upcoming article on the blog (stay tuned!), but I'd love to look at these in more detail. Can anyone from Deloitte, JP Morgan, RBS, Deutsche Bank or any other organisation who do these, tell me more?
